Would have given 5 but one item is not working

I ordered 2 items and they're both gorgeous specially the rose gold. Unfortunately the brown one is defective, it keeps stopping and I have to keep on resetting it. I'm now trying to get in touch with your office so that this concern will be addressed since I have paid both in full already
